To everything, everyone.
There's a ruler in our hearts.
The ruler is for measure the importance of everything and everyone.
For me.
First, Athletics.
Second, Study.
Third, My Dignity.
Forth, Family.
Fifth, Love.
No matter how, training is the most important.
In my training goes on, I will not think anything.
Except ! " Improve ".
Win is not the most important, Improve is the most important.
Every competition, I hope to see my improve in it.
I set my target for myself, and I must reach it.
The life I still not found my another part of couple,
I will still be selfish.
Despite he is the guy I like, I will still go with my own way.
Without thinking his feeling.
The thing stucked in my heart is.
I asked you why were we cant be together,
Because you loved her. As I accept.

Best best buddy. ♥
Sabah Open 2010.
Yes, to be agreed, it sucks and poor.
But only women open.
No heat, no semifinal, final immediately.
But girls under 15, boys under 15, Men Open.
All have around 70 ++ runners took part.
Hmmmm....
All catogeries' standard were kinda high except Women Open.
Well, everyone just wanna listen to this.
Because even Rachel tai can get medal.
" Cynthia got run ? Jarmella got run ?"
" No "
" No wonder you can get medal la.... "
This is what I heard.
At least I did my best, I put my effort to train.
So get a medal wasn't hard.
Hmmm. At least I'm better than the 4 four runners behind me.
* sigh * I dont think I'm excited and happy I got medal.
My time is worse than last time.
I mad on myself why am I not improving.
Sucks !!
Kinda bad in mood. =(
Everyone's ability have no maximum point.
Once you work hard, you are improving.
So I limit myself to infinity.
One day, I will let everyone ensure my ability.
My ability will not be suspected again.
